CRAFTER THE GOOSE

Have you ever heard of one of the most awesome movies filled with Kawasakis that the crew got from the factory, completely changed them for the film and then were told afterwards to give them back to Kawasaki HQ in original condition? No? Well just pick another shirt then! Or look up the first Mad Max film, you nincompoop!

Have been a fan since the first time I saw it long ago when pets could still talk and still see it at least twice a year. The bikes, the chaos, the early special bike builds with fairings, lowered bars and ridden by a bunch of lunatics. And the hero on two wheels besides Max is Jim Goose. Fearless madman on a 1977 Z1000. Part of the MFP (Main force patrol) and always in the mood for a high speed scrap. He just needed his own art! So I made this. Enjoy and bring honour to the Goose!

This one was a lot of fun to make but a pain in the butt to get right. Many replica's were studied and I saw every clip of The Goose in action at least 50 times. In some pics the mirror is right but on replica's I saw it on the left. I did not find replica's with the forks with the calipers in front of the forks like in the movie which surprised me to be honest. Also a lot of Goose emblems with small differences on every decal, etc... A bit of a brain breaker to be honest. But I think I got it about right.
